We use a PayPal shopping cart for your online orders. When you complete your shopping and use the Checkout button, PayPal will automatically add a shipping cost, based on the dollar amount of your purchase. Most of the time this will cover your shipping costs.
In the event your shipping cost is significantly more than the amount collected by PayPal, we will contact you.
Shipping to other countries is expensive!
Buyers outside the U.S. should complete the checkout process, including the automatic shipping cost, which is based on domestic rates in the U.S.
As we process your order we will determine the exact shipping costs, and will contact you with instructions on how to send us the balance. Once received, we will ship your order.
To customers in the United States, APO's and FPO's, we ship by Priority Mail. We have found it to be fast, safe, reliable, and the items don't seem to get squished like they sometimes do in parcel post. True, it costs a little more (not much, really) but we're proud of our product and want it to arrive in perfect condition.
To customers outside the U.S. we ship packages under 4 pounds in weight by First Class International Mail (air mail). Heavier parcels are shipped by Global Priority Mail. In either case, the parcels should arrive in 5-14 days.
About Payment
While we prefer payment by PayPal, we will accept Money Orders and Cashier's Checks (no personal checks please) from customers within the United States. To order for payment by these alternate methods, send us an email with a list of what you want to buy, and we'll get back to you with total cost (products plus shipping). You can then mail your payment to us.
Sorry, but the only way we can receive payment from foreign countries is by PayPal.
